Absolutely NO! My mother, an 86 year old woman, is a patient at this practitioner. In Feb she had lab work done and had an appointment to review them when the Covid19 outbreak began. We rescheduled the app to May 5. Now, with things as they are and people still getting sick and dying, she called the office and requested a telemedicine visit because she is AFRAID to come to the office. She was told no, it’s been to long since she was in the office last. It w as June last time. In these exceptionally challenging time AND the fact that she expressed her FEAR of coming to the office, I feel it’s appropriate for them to do a TeleMed appointment with her and mail her her lab results. The only reason we are even a bit concerned with getting the result is because they frittered her into believing she is pre diabetic. Hogwash! If mom gets sick I will hold them personally responsible!
