1st interaction was her looking down at her computer, inconvenienced about my list of concerns. No personality, smile, or empathy. Her practice is all nurses, 0 doctors. Slipped a disc & developed neck, back, foot, & wrist injuries from working excessively. I was on my 3rd round of PT & saw dietitian, therapists, & 4 orthos. After 8 months of being unable to resume active lifestyle, I was suicidal for 1st time in life. After 1 year, I had to quit job. I noticed visit notes were inaccurate after reviewing records. Disability insurance needed her to fill out paperwork. She had an attitude & berated me. I reminded her she is my PCP so I was expecting she be reviewing my records & managing care. She said she did not think a 32 y/o should be in this much pain. She accused me of not being truthful, referencing her poorly taken notes. I broke down crying from lack of support. She was cold & 13 months after my injuries began, only then refered me to pain management to manage care.
