Friendly and Personable staff
Elise French was professional, personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate her recommendations. Her assistant, Inabel, was patient, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. At the front desk, Marla was so sweet, supportive, and efficient as she checked me out. The other assistant at the front desk was very nice when I came in as well. This healthcare team seems to be calm and focused on the well being of the patients.

I have been seeing Elise French for 3 years now and no other NP or doctor has made me feel so comfortable. She talks about hard or uncomfortable topics with kindness and understanding. She has been so helpful in preparing me for pregnancy after years of advising contraception. I couldn't ask for a better or more honest NP.

My husband and I were expecting our first child, and we were scheduled to see Nurse French for our first ultrasound. She came in and didn't seem overly warm or personable. It was determined from the ultrasound that our pregnancy had been lost. Before we could even process that information, she began laying out our options. It was so cold and all business, almost as if we were making her late for her next appointment. Her bedside manner is awful. I have warned others never to see her.
