I saw Elizabeth for about 2 years and only stopped going because my job was no longer close enough for convenience. She was highly compassionate, incorporated Christian faith into our sessions because my faith is key in my own personal life, and she recommended books, etc., that were key in my journey. The only challenge I had was her limited schedule; otherwise, she was straight-forward and helped me process traumatic events that had occurred in my life. She also helped me with current, everyday situations as needed. I never felt rushed or pushed to open up more than I could handle, but I was also given homework (journaling) as a tool to continue the healing outside of her office.

I saw Elizabeth for a while. She is a caring counselor, but I would not recommend her if you have been abused in the past or are in an abusive relationship with a spouse. She give a lot of leeway to the abuser and tends to empower them. She holds the abused to a higher standard. I also believe she cannot read people, so if their is mental illness, she doesn’t recognize it.
