Telehealth
She seemed nice enough, but for having to wait quite a while to get an appointment with her, the overall experience was a waste of time. She didn't ask any useful questions to try to troubleshoot the problems, her solutions were vague and not personalized at all to individual needs, and when pressed for specific meal ideas or templates, the generic ones she forwarded me contradicted her own targets.
