If I could select 0 I would. I’m on a controlled substance and supposedly I no showed an appointment that I was never reminded about. She asked me to pay $50 no show fee, I explained to her that I didn’t have my debit card on me and can you bill me, she said she needed to collect now or reschedule, I asked how am I supposed to get my medicine? She said “ I don’t know, your primary?” I’ve seen her for almost 2 years and have never no showed an appointment. She also at the beginning of my telehealth appointment called my insurance company during my appointment to see if I had a copay or not. The visits before this one, she had no idea what medications I was on and she would say “ well he prescribed that?” She did! She prescribed it. She is absolutely clueless, arrogant, rude, and detached from patient care.

Unprofessional
Elizabeth Church is extremely unprofessional. During telehealth appointment, hung up on patient claiming her aggravation with technical problems. Also comes across annoyed and irritated with patient if having issues with medication or wants a change to medications. Lack of empathy and personality is not warm or welcoming.

She was very rude and unprofessional. All she cared about was how I was going to pay for my appointments. She does not care about patient care.

Church was filling in for my provider, and it was the worst therapy experience I have ever had. From the time I sat down it was clear that she had not even reviewed any of my records. She seems to get tunnel vision very quickly as well. There is virtually no room to develop a healthy working relationship with her, as it is clear she is thinking about what she’s going to say next before you’ve even finished speaking. Her questions are intrusive, and oftentimes her assumptions are insulting. The condescending nature of her communication leaves a patient feeling exhausted. Do yourself a favor and add yourself to a waiting list of someone else in the area.

I was really hopeful and eager to find help with managing terrible anxiety, chronic pain and multiple health issues. What I got was someone who didn't listen, compared me to others and treated me without any compassion consideration or empathy. I left this appointment sobbing feeling hopeless and hating myself even more than I entered. She knew nothing about me and made all sorts of assumptions. Demoralizing to say the least.

While I can understand why some peoples’ personalities may not mesh well with Beth’s (as with anyone else’s), I’ve had a really wonderful experience with her thus far. I’ve been through some trauma, and Beth has talked to me about that as well, not just about the medication. She’s been very patient in working with me to find the right med combo, and she’s also provided some wonderful resources for me to find extra support. Additionally, she’s the first mental health professional who has taken the time to validate and empower me, and has explained each of my conditions and medications thoroughly. I highly recommend her.

I started seeing Beth in 2018 after my boyfriend died. She talked to me about that, not just the medication. She's been very understanding about my concerns about different meds, listens to my needs. She's the only NP or doc who has ordered a sleep study for my fatigue issues instead of ignoring the problem or belittling it. She has her own opinions, and says what she thinks, which I love! I recommend her.

Told me my anxiety was because I was just a teenager and afraid of the real world when that’s not it at all. Very rude and unprofessional to say that

I have been to several psychiatrists over the years, and she was the first provider to listen and treat me appropriately. I am finally feeling like normal in many years thanks to her help. Highly recommend!
