Great provider!
Friendly staff and lighthearted atmosphere - it seemed like people enjoyed being at work. By far the best experience I've had for a VA claim exam, which are sometimes terse and uncomfortable. The provider was thorough in her exam while still being personable, caring, and understanding. She double-checked notes with me and made sure the whole process was transparent. She was happy to field my questions and make suggestions on additional resources. Highly recommend!
