Dr. Fernandez completed a very thorough examination of my hearing in a very professional manner. There was no pressure to purchase the more expensive hearing . I was impressed with the results of the aids she did propose for me. Beth can also take some kidding which makes for a more comfortable visit.

Ms Fernandez was very personable & professional. She was very proficient in her job & very knowledgable. She strived to make me as comfortable as possible during the hearing test. I was very impressed by her.
