When I began treatment with Elizabeth Fink at Alliance Urology she didnt perform a full evaluation, and later when I mentioned issues to her about my hip that were discovered before receiving care at Alliance she didn't reevaluate my condition to ensure she was proceeding with an appropriate care plan. Which led to more complications due to the exercises she had me doing, and the exercises beyond that were wrong for my condition at the time. Doing the wrong exercises resulted in my pelvic floor spasming which caused severe pain and discomfort which she told me was my fault due to my anxiety disorder; however, I was made aware that this was not true by multiple other professionals including my current PT who holds a doctorate and a counselor who I see for my anxiety. Not to mention that when I expressed concern about a potential UTI due to the concerns of my OBGYN she waved it off like there was no way that was the case even though I was displaying multiple symptoms and she would write
