Terrible. I paid for a prescription that I cannot use. Had my eyes examined only to later realize that she had left out measurements needed to actually get a pair of glasses. Now I have to ask for a refund, go back and ask for them to do the job they should have done from the beginning, or eat the loss and throw the paper away.
