Working with Liz has changed my life in ways I never imagined possible. She is an incredibly adaptable therapist in terms of the modalities she uses in sessions, as well as her ability to meet clients where they are, both emotionally and geographically. Liz strikes that fine balance between being patient, kind, and sensitive in sessions, while at the same time pushing you to grow through your challenges to reach your full potential. My view of the world is much brighter after having worked with Liz; more importantly, so, too is the way I see and understand myself.
