Liz is the best therapist I have ever had. She has a lot of experience with trauma and has a really patient and playful method of helping me connect the dots in a meaningful way. I have worked with her in two locations by pure coincidence and I was happy to find I would be working with her again. I would highly recommend Liz to any woman who is ready to heal!
