I saw Elizabeth Lohr for a year and was trying out new anti-depressant medications. During a particularly difficult transition off one medication and onto a new one, I left several messages via voice mail and through the portal. I finally received a message back SEVEN days later from the other doctor in the practice. I don't know if Elizabeth was on vacation or what, but I only got a "sorry for the delay" from Dr. Legg, with no explanation on why it took so long for someone to get my distress calls/messages returned. I then cancelled my next appointment and started seeing my GP. Elizabeth still hasn't reached out to see if everything is ok and to explain what happened. This is why I would absolutely not recommend this doctor or this practice, Monarch Mental Health. Please do your research and read reviews before booking here.
