Beth is very accommodating to issues, conditions, trauma, etc & treatment methods. 95% of therapists are on the CBT kick right now. However, that's just 1 of the tools in her arsenal. Which is awesome because CBT doesn't work for everyone by any means. She's professional & confidential (which can be hard to find these days unfortunately). I give her 5 stars.
