Dr. Elizabeth Montemurro, OD

I was scheduled for an appointment. I arrived on time. Unfortunately I waited two hours to be seen by the doctor. I never saw a doctor. I finally left . I am so disappointed in this practice. I have never had issues coming here before. I am not sure what is going on with this practice. I will not return. After I walked out no one even called to address my leaving. As I was walking out there was no one at the front desk. The waiting area was FILLED with patients who were waiting as long as I was . At one point after an hour of waiting they managed to get me in an examining room. Where I waited another hour with no show anyone. My time is very important to me. You wasted two hours of my time where I could have gone somewhere else to an eye doctor that knows how to keep appointments. Very poor patient service at this location. I will be getting a new eye doctor after this experience.

Horrible experience with optometrist, Elizbeth Montemurro.

Dr Montemurro has never rushed my annual exam, always takes whatever time is required. Dr Montemurro coordinates with my health care PHP so that both doctors are on the same page. Over the 20 or so years that Dr Montemurro has been my eye doctor, her advice, wisdom and recommendations have been demonstrated to be timely, accurate effective. I trust my eyes to no one else.

I couldn't say more than the previous comments. Dr. Montemurro is outstanding in every way possible.

Dr. Montemurro is the best doctor I have. We have been seeing her for years. She is very knowledgeable. And she truly seems to like people.

I have been a patient for over a decade now. Dr. Beth is absolutely wonderful! Her knowledge, patience, and thoroughness are unmatched. Her staff are always helpful and pleasant as well.
