Dr Pie is a PA at this office & she is incredible! Very caring and compassionate

I was scheduled May 17, 2024 at 3 pm, but did not see Elizabeth Poe. At check-in, I was told she is behind 45 minutes to an hour. Finally, my name was called and vitals taken by nurse #1. I was told they did not receive the results from my left wrist x-ray at SimonMed Imaging on May 8, 2024; therefore, I showed a copy to Nurse #1 via my cellphone and was told Elizabeth Poe will be in next to read it. After a knock on the door, I thought I was finally meeting Elizabeth Poe, but I was wrong. It was Nurse #2 replacing Nurse #1. Elizabeth Poe refused to read the x-ray results, exchange greetings, pleasentries, evaluate my wrist, evaluate my health, answer questions, apologize for wasting time and gas, tardiness, etc. By NOT ENTERING MY ROOM!!! I cannot tell you what she looks like.Nurse #2 kindly asked me if I needed a splint, gave me a referral for Orthopedic Surgery, and a list of locations.Is this healthcare today? Is this the Tampa General Hosp. way? Is this free?

My first visit with MS Poe was on 12/28/22. We had a discussion regarding my hypertension. I mentioned to her when I have elevated episodes I suffer headaches and blurriness of vision. She noted in the visit log: “ This is a chronic problem. The problem has been waxing and waning since onset. The problem is uncontrolled. Associated symptoms include blurred vision and malaise/fatigue”. I was prescribed amlodipine due to my suggestion and was scheduled a follow up on 2/22/23. During my second visit I reiterated what was going on with me and requested FMLA paperwork to be completed. MS Poe advised me to upload documents and she would complete. After paying an additional $25 to complete, I received the completed form with excusing one day a month and one appointment for the year. I requested to have the form amended due to the fact that we previously discussed the frequency of the episodes where more than once a month. My request was denied and I was advised to find a cardiologist

I saw Elizabeth Poe for the first time today. I was very impressed with her. She is very patient, kind, and compassionate, as well as a good listener. Everyone I encountered at TGMG Wesley Chapel was quite pleasant to me. This is a nice change from the last medical office I was going to. Elizabeth is definitely my new doctor for a long time to come. Keep up the excellent work!

She is wonderfull. Elizabeth Poe very understanding she listens and explain thing in a caring and professional way .Me and my husband are very greatful she is our doctor . Thank you
