Abandoned care
Dr Seidl came and tested my mother at the AL home she lives at back in Dec 2023. After being told my mother had significant hearing loss, she was supposed to have hearing aids made for her. Here we are in April of 2024 and not only do we STILL not have hearing aids. Dr Seidl’s phone number is not a good one and nobody can seem to get a hold of her to rectify the issues. The insurance company along with One Source can not seem to reach her either. I would beware if you attempt to utilize this Dr for your loved one or yourself

I am so pleased. It took Dr. Seidl only a few minutes to figure out why my hearing aid from another provider hurt my ear after I wore it for an hour or so. I had worked with the previous provider for 5 months without finding a solution. Now I can easily wear both hearing aids all day.

I’m very pleased with the care I have received from the Desert Hearing Care team. Dr. Seidl has worked with me for over two years now to help me get my first instruments, adjusting them and teaching me how to use them. I hear so much better!!! I hope to have their help for years to come. Thank you!!
