lack of empathy
I went to the ER for an acute pain flair up lasting a couple days that I was unable to control at home. She never examined me and instead questioned me about the medication that I am currently prescribed and if I had taken it yet today. Her solution was to give me my normal medication even when I tried to explain that it wasn't working and something is different. She was indifferent, lacking empathy, rude and made a joke at my expense. I would never recommend her to anyone.
