Dr. Smith has been my family doctor for some time now. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Talking to her is like talking to an old friend. She listens to all my concerns and has common sense. I just appreciate her so much.

She canceled a visit with me 10 minutes before I was to b seen for a personal day I was told and didn’t have the curtesy or respect to schedule me with someone else since I was to b seen bc I can’t empty my bladder serious matter was told she’ll see me in 2 weeks after complaining they let me see a doctor that day which see could’ve done before taking a personal day also next visit I needed my script bc they were do that day video visit system was down so I didn’t get visit and told shes call me in 20 min never did I called left 3 messages saying I need my meds she never called me and had the nerve to hold all meds till seen by her for a med check and bc I emailed her telling her she’s inconsiderate and not even a doctor holding meds bc she wouldn’t call me that can give me seizures if I don’t have them she’s not a doctor she only thinks of herself and let’s the little power she has go to her head no I’m not allowed to see any WellSpan doctor don’t see her she is inconsistent
