I have no idea how to grade the counselor due to her front receptionist acting so unprofessional. He eavesdropped on our private conversation regarding the missed appointment policy by opening the glass window so he could hear,then he very loudly asked was my wife going to “complain” about all their policies when he had opened the glass purposely to overhear her explaining the policy to me. At this point I asked him to give me my paperwork back and told my wife we would not be staying.
