In the almost 3 years I've had the opportunity to work with Dr. Young, she has greatly helped me to focus on problem areas that have overwhelmed me and ultimately contributed to my depression. I've successfully changed my way of thinking in many areas and have taken great strides in achieving a much better quality of life. My life path looks far better than it ever has due to Dr. Young's support.
