I spent 20 years trying different therapies for anxiety/panic disorder. I finally succeeded with Dr Zuercher White. Her method makes sense and is straightforward, it is helpful to get a clear picture of how the anxiety disorder works and to understand how the treatment stops it.

Dr. Zuercher-White was my psychologist for about a six month period. I would highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and it was clear from the first appointment that I was in good hands.
