I called Ms. Harris for therapy and she sounded really nice and attentive, and we set up an appt. On appt day, I came 5 min early and rang her bell. No response, so I waited another 5 min and rang again- still no answer. I started to wonder if I had the time or day wrong, so I called her number; no answer. I waited another 25 min, intermittently ringing bell and calling- no answer. I left a final msg for her to call me, maybe there was a mix-up; still no call a week later. Unprofessional.
