My family has been dealing with Kay for over 20 years now. When I had an issue I called and saw her. She was thorough and knowledgeable and explained my options so that I understood them. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Thanks Kay and Dr. C.

I was hesitant to make an appointment with the NP. I am glad I went. Kay explained in detail, sat down with her laptop and went over my complaints with my back. I never felt rushed, never felt like I had to pry information from her. I had previously saw a neurosurgeon a few weeks prior. I got much more information from Kay. Thankfully I got good news from Kay. But if I ever need additional care I will be seeing Kay and Dr. Clough’s staff. Thank you Kay for being thorough and kind and for LISTENING!

Before coming I had cancelled twice out of severe anxiety at the prospect of surgery. Fortunately for me they gave me another chance. I arrived 20 minutes early because I wasn't able to print the packet they emailed me (stupid CoVid and all the closures I could not find ink). If I'm honest I should have gave myself a few more minutes to complete the paperwork. Either way Ito was easily finished and I was called back to my appointment within just a few minutes of my appointment time. NP Carpenter (who my appointment was with) was the person who came and got me from the waiting room so once we made it to her office the consultime started right away. When discussing my condition she was able to alleviate a large part of the anxiety I was having about surgery (should I choose that route). She understood the difficulties of my particular condition and why I had so much fear, and dealt with it all in a knowledgeable and compassionate Manor. I would highly recommend.

I visited the office on May 8 after an MRI disclosed a lesion in my right frontal lobe. Staff was very prompt, professional and compassionate. Dr. Clough was great. Spoke in terms I could understand and clearly described my treatment options. Extremely pleased with my visit.

I'm sure that I am not the only patient that is happy with the entire staff of this medical organization. Everyone (especially Ellen Kay Carpenter and Richelle Wheeler and, of course, Dr. John Clough. He's the boss and Vicki Casey. Vicki seems to keep the whole place together. Over the many years, I've been seeing Dr. Clough and others I have never had any type of bad experience. The reason for this; because everyone is happy with their place to work. Everyone greets every patient with a smile and a great attitude. If you happen to one who walks in and happens to have a bad day, you'll walk away from here in a good and up-mood. Always good vibes here and if you ever have to call in you'll find a happy voice on the phone. When I think back nearly fifteen to twenty years, I've never had any kind of unhappy experience. I highly recommend Dr. Clough and his entire staff. I would give 6 stars if I could.

4 star because they are swamped with patients and slow to get anything done. Very competent and good. Just takes forever to get an appt and get follow up

I visited Kay Carpenter for surgery follow up that was performed by Dr. Clough. She begins evaluating from the moment she sees me in the waiting room - watching the way I move my head and neck, how I turn to talk with her, my posture and how straight my neck appears. She had already reviewed my recent xray and had several helpful suggestions and exercises to improve my cervical spine. I'm grateful for Kay's expertise and feel confident that I'm in good hands.

I recently had an office visit with Ms Carpenter she is a very caring nurse practitioner, prompt, thorough, explains all your test results and gives you all the time you need to ask questions. She explains your medical situation, gives you options and has a treatment plan designed for you. I highly recommend Ms Carpenter and Dr Clough for your medical and surgical needs in Neurosurgery
