Both my daughter & I have sincerely appreciated the medical experience, as well as the personal care that Ellen gives to each patient. Yes, there has been a wait time when we come, but well worth it- as Ellen is very thorough and also sincerely enjoys her time with each patient. She is refreshingly practical in her approach to medical care & she has been very helpful for the insurance details that can get so confusing. Many Thanks Ellen :)

Ms. Ellen Lorenz is an excellent physician. During our visit she looked directly at me the whole time instead of staring at the computer screen like a lot of doctors. She also listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed in any way. At the end of the visit, she gave me her opinion and treatment options and actually asked what I thought about it. That is a first for me. I am VERY impressed! This is a lady who cares.

I don't mind waiting to see Ellen. She is carefully taking care of other patients and thoroughly answering their questions and not rushing through their appointment. I know that I will soon be getting the same thorough, unhurried treatment. When I leave I have all my questions answered and have confidence that I am getting good care.
