Very impressed with her ability to deminish pain n applying injection

Very friendly, yet professional. She took time to explain my health issues & possible treatment options. She answered all my question & together we settled on a conservative treatment plan for starters.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at BSW in years!!! APRN, FNP and the CMA were outstanding!! I felt very comfortable and at ease the entire visit!! My questions were addressed without my feeling like I was stupid, and I was really being heard!!I can not say enough about how impressed I was with these two phenomenal providers!! FYI, BSW needs more caring people like this. Healthcare is not for everyone, these two ladies get it!!

Smart, knowledgeable, kind, when we were with her. Having had swelling arms for days, she orders an ultrasound for blood clots, which we appreciated very much. She also demonstrated how to lay his arm on a pillow over his belly. Knowing this position was huge in making the swelling go away. We both were very grateful for how knowledgeable she is. We even had a few laughs, which always helps reduce the nervous tension we had about how well he was doing. Highly recommend her. She deserves way more than 10 stars.

We were able to get an appointment quickly for our son. The day of the appointment we were seen quickly as well. The NP was kind and thorough and went over our sons x-rays with us. We left feeling good about the appointment.

APRN Rutledge conducted a very pleasant and very detailed post op evaluation and even assisted me in adjusting my sling for an effectiveness and comfort fit I immediately felt. She demonstrated conservative arm exercises and cautioned against too much too soon after surgery.
