Skilled and insightful

Ellen helped me process a lot of overwhelming anxiety and grief during both infertility and divorce. I mostly saw her alone but also with my partner. She gave me a lot of space to just talk and feel my feelings, but she also knew when to step in and show me a more productive or empowered path. I appreciated that she didn't have her own agenda; my goals were front and center. I felt very safe with Ellen and I'm grateful she was there during the most difficult time of my life.
