Was referred to her by another therapist and when I spoke with her over the phone, she was curt and dismissive. Instead of hearing me out, she asked what insurance I had and said that she didn't take my insurance and hung up. If that's the initial experience, I'm scared for what comes as a patient who is looking for someone to lead them through to discovery!

I scheduled a Saturday afternoon appointment (with an incredibly rude receptionist) and on the day of my appointment no one showed up. I tried calling and calling and no one answered. I tried calling again on Monday and Tuesday of the following week, and no one has answered. Additionally, the automated message is "I'm sorry, there is no room to record your message please try again later. Goodbye." Not a great system AT ALL for a therapist. UNBELIEVABLE.
