Emilie is very thorough and knowledgable. I have been an informal student of nutrition for 30 years (part of having several health issues). Emilie listens extremely well and customizes a diet plan that is practical for my lifestyle, yet pushes me to improve what I eat and how much I eat. She also does a great job of examining and recommending supplements. After four weeks on her (our) plan I feel more energetic, confident and have started losing weight. With her plan, I am not on diet, I am on a path to sustained improvements in my health.
