She needs more training in how to see the big picture: pay attention to patient history & self-report. I’ve been sick for a while. Started to feel better a few months ago with antibiotics, but it came right back. Same thing with another round. She clearly disregarded the obvious. Seeing her was a complete waste of my time and money. I know someone else who she evaluated & also concluded they had a virus. This person had pneumonia. I now have to see my PCP. Emily was condescending & inaccurate.

Emily was rude, as soon as she found out that I didn't have insurance, she dissed me..I'm in process of getting insurance..after having a cold for two weeks, I was constantly coughing and chest hurt. No tests were done, she said she couldn't prescribe antibiotics. I had to ride it out and showed me the door.. two days later, went to ER were I was diagnosed with pneumonia and influenza..I'm not working because I take care of my Dad 24-7...she treated me as though I was taking my illness, terrible

Emily is an absolute great provider. She works at a walk in, so expect to wait. But from now on, I am requesting her! Ignore the staff, they seem unhappy to be there.

She took the time to really listen to me when I had been feeling sick for awhile. She was thorough and treated me with respect. I was very satisfied with my care and I would definitely see her again.

I was seen by Emily at a Walk-In clinic. I found her to be condescending and rude. I have been sick twice already this winter with rattling in my lung and a sinus infection with a right ear infection. I am again feeling sick. I has hoping to get an antibiotic early this time... not wait until I was so sick that I would have to miss work again. She acted as if I was a junkie trying to get a fix. I'm so sorry you're disappointed. She was smug and rude.
