Did not seem at ease with older patients, particularly in explaining procedures, progress being made, or levels of success in accomplishing exercises. It would help to have more feedback on what we were trying to achieve with the techniques she used. I got the sense that she is more experienced with young people. I feel that the result with my voice was not as great as her claims and that a schedule of four weeks/ four days a week was a large investment of time and took too long to achieve.
