The staff works extremely well together and they answer every question you ask. Dr spends more time with you than what most doctors do and she is very thorough!

I recently had a routine eye exam at Spokane Eye Clinic downtown. I was having some issues with low light retina “blobs” in both eyes and did not get sufficient info as to what that meant so I quickly got a new appointment with Dr. Korszen to focus on that and to refer me to one of SEC’s specialists if warranted. She did a very thorough exam and concluded that my issue was relatively normal as the posterior vitreous gel was gradually separating from the retina as it was designed to as we age and, in addition to the floaters I was having, she observed that there were still some large pieces of vitreous undergoing that separation and it should clear itself. She cautioned me to return if there is a major vitreous separation involving bleeding or a sudden vision experience similar to a snow globe that is really shaken up, and I was given a very simple but thorough handout that explained the entire “posterior vitreous separation” process. It really put my mind to rest! Thanks.
