Emily makes time to listen to all concerns and offers many solutions or pathways to patient goals. She actually listens and I love this. Sometimes its hard to see her because her patient load is full but she is worth the wait. She is up to date with new treatments, offers full explanations of meds, tests, results, and procedures. Emily also responds quickly to secured electronic medical questions via email. She has exceeded my expectations of a healthcare provider.

Emily was friendly but unfortunately she was not a good practitioner. I needed 5 prescriptions filled, including insulin, (which is necessary for type 1 diabetics to stay alive), and she messed up every single prescription. I even wrote them all down for her, and she had access to previous medical records, with the correct prescriptions listed. This kind of carelessness in her profession is dangerous, and I would definitely NOT recommend her or see her again.
