Saw her for a good while and got nothing out of it. I was at a very low point and she didn't treat/diagnose/improve anything. It was like going out for coffee with a co-worker. She was empathetic, a good listener, but that's where it ended. I asked her what my treatment plan consisted of after a few sessions and she looked at me like a deer caught in headlights. Told me we were doing it. Also experienced a couple concerning situations w/her. That's when I finally ended things.
