Emily Pacetti, PA-C

Emily is amazing. I’ve got a complex medical history and she has been amazing at working to find solutions that won’t complicate my specific medical issues. She’s patient and caring and so smart. She’s also very willing to seek other opinions if needed. She’s all around the kind of person and doctor I trust totally.

Emily is excellent. My three visits were not of a serious nature but at 76 years of age, issues surface that raise concerns. In short first visit was relative to my blood pressure which was all over the map using a home wrist device; the second was a very stiff neck and last I had experienced dizziness when lying down. Each was discussed thoroughly; she explained clearly what each was and indicated what must be done to remedy them. Emily’s communication skills are outstanding. As these experiences were not serious, there was never a hint that I should not have taken up her time nor those who assisted during these visits. The point of these reviews is to reassure patients reading this that this particular health care individual is good or not good...you were pleased or not with how you were handled during the visit. Physician Assistant, Emily Pacetti, gets five stars. The medical assistants and those who checked me in and checked me out were excellent.

The ease of getting an appointment is crucial in today's world. I left my other medical group for just that reason after 20 years. Appledore is convenient and easy to schedule appointments. My PA Emily Pacetti is knowledgeable, understanding and takes time to listen to my needs and always follows up with any issues needed. Last Wednesday I went to Appledore Portsmouth for a followup and saw Emily Pacetti. I was well cared for. She always know my history and is able to speak with me about trends in my health rather than just looking at each visit as a single event. I received excellent care, was given a regimen of home treatment and given a follow-up appointment. Most important to me was the way she discussed high blood pressure and shortness of breath, pointing out several factors which contributed to both issues and advice on how to mitigate those factors and how each change I make would help. I had researched shortness of breath and high blood pressure before the visit and I still went home knowing much more than when I arrived. If you want to know what is going on with your health from a caring knowledgeable person, I recommend seeing Ms. Pacetti (though I hope she doesn't become so popular I have difficulty getting an appointment for myself).

Emily is so pleasant, friendly and full of knowledge. She is concerned with what is going on and never makes you feel like she is in a hurry to be done with the appointment. She listens and explains what her plan is in detail.
