Emily Robinette, APN

I love Emily, she's caring, empathetic, and detailed but the staff............. the communication is at a 1 star for me. This is the medical field.. you shouldn't have to wait weeks to receive a callback on appointments, inquiries, and/or referrals... and last but not least pertinent test results. I don't know what's going on but Emily isn't around as much and they're just running amuck. doing whatever they can get away with and the ball hasn't just dropped.. its nonexistent. I've been a patient for about 6 six years. If I weren't relocating to another state in the next few weeks... I'd be relocating to another pcp because this place is just going downhill and it sucks because she's a great pcp.. but what's a great pcp if you as a patient has zero trust in the staff. You shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job or stay on them... its kind of scary... not a one time thing by the way.

The clinic did a staff change. There a few I don't interact with. So no clue how they handle customer service. There are others that just can't grasp common sense things. Rude. Don't listen. Not sure where all the good staff went.

Do not go to Emily Robinette for a DOT physical. She asked my husband very inappropriate questions that have nothing to do with a physical.
