Their staff are not professional and their service are very bad, Costco services like Nordstrom are outstanding I do not know why costco allowed them to be same roof, I don't think doctor Chapman is real doctor you can not make that many mistakes we have to check the credential of Dr chapman if any body has problem(s) please let reported to the board and remove her from costco, her staff Jananlin( is wrong spelling) has to be fired she is very rode, please help to get rid of them.
