Emily Wouk, FNP-C

I have struggled with finding the right psych dr. for me and I have been with Emily for several years now and I think she is great. I will say that the communication issues aren't necessarily with her or her fault, but with the company (Burrell) she works for. I will say, there have been multiple occasions where the pharmacy had to give me a supply of my medications because the response in refill approval time is not where it should be especially for the type of medications most are taking who are seeing psychiatrist. However, I understand she isn't able to see all patients and return all concerns, questions, and refill requests which is why they should help in getting her competent nursing staff to help like they should and get requests to her in a timely manner therefore being able to help meet the clients needs. That is really my only but big complaint is lack of ability to directly communicate with her staff for help. But she herself, really is great.

Awful. Run. Dropped my 70 year old mother because she dared to speak up when her calls went unreturned for a week! The pharmacy was LOANING her, her meds. Cruel woman.
