Ms. Emma was great in helping me today. She was caring and patient, with excellent listening skills. She had a playful disposition. She thoroughly explained my condition and went over and beyond to help me. COVID test results were super fast. I saw her this morning at American Family Care. I will be going back to this facility in the future.
