July 21, 2022, my first visit with Dr. Emmanuel Dela Cruz II, OD. I was there for regular eye examine and notice my vision kinda change a little I told him I need more clear focus for far distance, computer and reading. He walk me thru what is best for my eye sight. I'm very please and will continue his service. Thank you

Came in for a contact lens fitting because another doctor couldn’t get it right. Heard about Dr. Dela Cruz from a co-worker and decided to give him a chance. So glad that I made an appointment with him because he was so patient about hearing my specific needs and so informative of different options we can try to make my vision functional. He included me in his thought process every single step of the way. I will definitely be coming here every year and will tell all my friends and family to move their eyecare over to Dr. Dela Cruz!!!

The office staff is LensCrafters which they are meh. The doctor himself is a fantastic, good-natured guy who he knowledgeable in identifying RP, Glaucoma, and Cataracs. Really enjoyed my appointment and will be making him my permanent eye doctor!

Worse experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Had a checkup in 2015 (my physician referred) . Without my consent, they reserved another appointment a year later. I got a reminder a week before and kept calling them to cancel the appointment and would still get reminders. Finally they assured me appointment is cancelled. But now I am receiving bills for no show. When you call them you just get connected to phones line with music. I will be reporting them on every possible forum and bureaus.

The receptionists were unfamiliar with the eye condition I had and therefore were unable to confidently tell me if my insurance covered it or not. This was despite previous confirmation that I was covered when I made the appointment by phone. If the receptionists are that unprofessional and inexperienced, I question the doctors qualifications.
