This was my first time appointment. Dr. Anderson was very polite and listened patiently to all my concerns. I couldn't ask for a more helpful, compassionate caregiver.

Eric had poor bedside manners and was having problems controlling his anger. His face turned red at that point I started to get scared and asked him to bring in the room the practice manager. He got up opened the door and told the manager in a loud voice (because I could hear him ) to come to the room because "this" is turning into an argument! If I heard him I am sure the rest of the staff heard him, including the patients waiting in the lobby. The issue was a descrepency with my meds and othe
