Did a type of Skype visit where Eric gave a vivid description of what I would be looking to experience post surgery and was very helpful with suggestions to help with recovery. He was honest about the pain that would follow the surgery but emphasized the benefits of moving and working through the pain towards healing. I felt better knowing that Eric and the team are there to support me and answer my questions as they arise.
