Eric Crook, PA

At first I thought maybe I offended the PA, or he had a rough day but doing some online searching and other reading reviews people had the same opinion on Eric Crook. He was very rude, spoke as if he were above me, very condescending. When I asked a simple question of possibly why in my other visit they went this route he rudely stated “Now your asking me to analyze a consultation I wasn’t present for,” I’m sorry but someone more professional would have stated it differently. My biggest did he just say that to me moment was when he spoke down to me, I had questions about viral vs bacterial infections and I clearly upset him about something because he started his statement with, “I’m going to say this the nicest way possible. You’re an educator so I’m going to educate you...” I will not have him as my PA again.

Based on my recent visit, I have a very good impression of Eric Crook. He was friendly, patient, and a good listener. He took time to listen to my concerns, explained his diagnosis and treatment recommendations in detail. He has a great depth of medical knowledge. It was a very positive encounter.

Amazing how Peace Health has glowing review of this JERK on their site - this site is more truthful. THIS GUY IS AWFUL! I couldn't believe how he talked down to me, wouldn't let me ask questions and FLAT OUT told me to go to another doctor - then he walked out of the room mid-conversation. I'm not going to go into detail about what an incredible JERK this guy is - just know this, HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE OF ANY AGE! And he should NOT have a career working in health care!

Very rushed, didn't talk about what I came in for. Patronizing, made rude comments about me not knowing medical stuff (I'm not the doctor!), he was late to the appointment, and left me in the room more than once while he worked with a different patient! I will definitely not see him again. Very unprofessional.

I found him condescending, short and incredibly rude. I would not see him again.
