Excellent care and followup. Great staff

I went in for my annual exam with Dr. Donaghy on 10/24. He said they would order me a trial pair of contacts. I got the call a week later they were in so I picked them up. They were not the right pair. My husband stopped in because no one in there office picked up there phones that day. They said they ordered the wrong pair and would have to reorder them. It has been almost a month and I still do not have a trial pair. I'm not sure these are going to work!!!! I have called to find out status of the trial pair and they can't give me a date on when to expect them. I'm beyond frustrated. The staff I have dealt with have no customer service skills and barely acknowledge the patients.

I see Dr Donaghy for my annual eye visits. He has a very nice bedside manner and I have never had an issues. Highly recommend

Absolutely the worst. I made an appointment with All Saints Eye Care because they were on the list of providers by my vision insurance and they were close to home. I wish I had checked their reviews first because I now see that they have a horrible reputation. The office staff is completely incompetent, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The technical staff does not wear their masks properly, most cover only their mouth but one actually used her mask as a chin mask. In this environment of Covid-19, I expect medical offices to follow protocol but they do not. I've now had 3 different trial contact lenses and none of them are the correct prescription. I've decided to have an exam with another doctor which I will have to pay out of pocket for since this incompetent office already ran it through my insurance. I could go into detail about their incompetence but I'll just leave it at please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I see Dr.Donaghy yearly for my eye exams and I'm always fitted perfectly for contacts and glasses, he's so patient and listens carefully to my complaints. I've never seen better!!! Plus every time I've had an emergency I've called the office and have been seen the same day with little to no wait.
