Been going to Naifeh's office for several years now. He saved my life by insisting that I get my prostate checked; cancer was found and removed a few months later by a surgeon. Never had any symptoms and it probably would have spread and killed me by now if not for Eric Naifeh!

Great working with Dr. Naifeh
Been having back pain for quite some time, Dr. Naifeh really took the time to figure it out and my pain is almost completely gone.

Never Again!
I took my Grandson to this office for an appointment for a school physical yesterday, August 8, 2023. We arrived at 9:37 am for a 9:45 am appointment. I waited in the office while he went back as he told me he would be alright (age 17). After 45 minutes I began to question the office ladies as to how much longer it would be and they replied they would check. A few minutes later, a Becky & her Daughter (much younger than my Grandson). They were in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. By this time I am upset and ask to see the Dr. He advises me that he had some management problems and apologized for the delay. My problem with this scenario is two fold:Why did your management problem effect Becky?Why do you have signs prominently posted that if patients are so much as 15 minutes late you reserve the right not to see them and that any missed appointment will result in a $50 fee before seeing them again. The time sign tells me that this Dr. wants his time respected. So do we! We left at 11

Do Not Visit
Naifeh is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He is not concerned about the patients at all. He missed all deadlines with DOL, he’s never in the office, lies, and is unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit him EVER.

Dr. Naifeh is awesome! He really takes the time to figure out what is best suited for my health needs. He is super friendly and informative as well as his staff. Best Doc I've ever had! 5 stars

Is the best Doctor I have ever had, and I call him a Doctor even though he is a nurse Practitioner because he deserves that name more than anyone. I even brought my mother to him where they sat and talked about her ailaments for almost two hours. He truly does care about his patients and has been our Doctor for six years now. Thank you

Doesn’t seem concerned with patients well being. Always in a hurry, terrible follow up. Seems like he’s just collecting insurance checks.
