Always wait forever on the Telehealth calls to be seen. Apts are rushed. Doesn’t listen to my concerns and I paid for the gene site testing and he wouldn’t even review it with me. Failed to call in my medicine so I am currently going on 5 days without it. Can never get anyone at the office to answer the phone or return calls. This practice is a joke and a disgrace to individuals struggling with mental health issues. If I could give them zero stars I would.

So easy to speak with, I felt heard and valued!! Appointments have been on time and easy to set up!! Strongly recommend!!!

Did not listen to anything i said and noted that i had no symptoms as opposed to the opposite. But yet noted "symptoms began 4 days ago" which actually were one day. I uad gine in because ivyested postive for covid 19 in a hime test. He did not do any physical exam or retest for covid and noted upper respiratory infection.

This so called “practicioner” spent literally 30 seconds on a paid telemedicine consult, did not take proper history or details at all and dismissed me right away on a very valid consultation. Pretty shameful.

Did not want to listen to patient instead wanted to tell patient how they felt and how he’s practiced urgent care in the past.. no individual care.. was rushed.. no caring.. doesn’t practice heart/head/heart communication.. as Advent would advise you invest your $$ teaching providers how to care..third negative Advent provider issues will be going to another system that can provide better communication and care. Have lost faith and trust.. Also, need to live the mission statement, not just say it..
