Dr. Ries and his staff were incredible - they never failed to be helpful and encouraging. And they kept me accountable, which I needed! I’ve tried so many times to fix my bad eating habits or go to the gym in order to lose weight, but I never really stayed motivated. Having the coaches and the Dr. with me every step of the way was a huge part of my success and I so appreciated it. Seven months later the weight hasn’t come back, and I am feeling so great about myself!

I have had a wonderful experience at Dr. Ries' clinic. The staff are always very kind and professional and truly care about helping me reach my weight loss goals. This program has given me a new lease on life! I feel better than I have in years.

Dr. Ries is amazing. Not only does he genuinely care about his patients, he knows what he is talking about. He's been through the weight loss program himself, so he understands how it works. He understands the science behind it and explains to his patients the incredible work that the program does. I have become so much healthier as a result of this program and would recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Ries is hands down the most caring doctor I have ever had! He actually listens to his clients and takes time with them which other doctors I have had in the past have only rushed me and made me feel unheard. So thankful I found Dr. Ries!

Incredible experience like no other with weight loss. The program allowed me to lose over 30 lbs. easily and quickly and now can keep it off easily. The staff is so sweet and helpful, would recommend this program and Dr Ries to everyone
