I am recovering from a laminectomy and discectomy following a herniated disc. Post surgery I could not lift my leg off the bed. During my recovery, I went from the bed, to the wheelchair, to the walker, to the cane. I am walking well again and have continued to make great progress in getting back to living my life. From the onset Erica evaluated my needs comprehensively, formulating the most appropriate Physical Therapy plan. During our sessions, I always felt well cared for with Erica’s professionalism, encouragement expertise, congenial and upbeat approach. She took my recovery seriously and was always very invested in recommending the best exercises to help me stay on track to reach my goals. Over the years I’ve had experience with numerous therapists and can say Erica is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. I had a total knee replacement the beginning of the year which was followed by therapy and in came Erica! Unfortunately with the surgery my hamstring decided to cramp up and Erica was so helpful both emotionally and physically. I would look forward to seeing her as she would always help my pain and give me ways to deal with the cramping that was very helpful. She would always follow up with an explanation of the muscles affected with each exercise. Erica is very professional, caring and knowledgeable of her trade. I would highly recommend her…thank you Erica for everything!

I had a knee replacement January of 2022 and have had a difficult recovery. Erica helped guide me through my challenges and was always extremely supportive and helped me deal with my emotional ups and downs during my recovery. When I was having lots of pain she actively listened and offered alternative exercises and advice for my swimming and biking challenges that were extremely helpful. I highly recommend Erica.

I have been to several therapists over the last thirty years due to a number of injuries and three knee surgeries. This time I was in therapy for a total knee replacement. In my estimation Erica is one of the best PT operators I have worked with. She is friendly, caring and professional. Erica went over my surgery and helped me set goals and objectives to work toward in my recovery. She helped me set realistic goals and tracked my progress. Erica used several techniques and made recommendations for working at home that have assisted in my recovery. Erica has an intuition and knows exactly when and how hard to push me to get results. I would recommend Erica to anyone that wanted a Physical Therapist that will get the job done in a kind and compassionate manner.

I have been working with Erica for over a year. I had bursitis in my hip. I also have polyneuropathy. I have been to physical therapist Who either didn’t want to work with me or didn’t think I was worth working with. My first appointment I was scared and nervous. Erica listened ask what my therapy goals were. My next appointment she had a therapy exercises plan. With in a couple of weeks my hip pain was gone. Then started on getting my muscles strong. Today I am pain free stronger able to standing up and taking steps. I am overwhelmed with Erica kindness compassion and devotions that she has for her patients. Erica's attention to detail and ability to listen to me and quickly relate that to the area that is causing me problems. From my evaluation visit I realized I found the PT I was going to request always. She fully understands that to treat the injury you treat the body as a whole. She has always had the ability to quickly find the exact locations that are inflamed and alters my therapy routines to help strengthen the muscles around that support the area. Her kindness, understanding and infectious happiness help provide a healing environment. Her knowledge of the body and interaction of each muscle and tendon is fantastic. Erica explains possible reasons why there is pain in areas and has given me better , deeper understanding of recommendations from the surgeon so I can make a more complete decision regarding a procedure.
