Dr Mandrick recently helped with an apparent app glitch in my cross-hearing equipment. The aid was never working as it should have. What a welcome sound to hear so much better when this was corrected. Dr Mandrick is very diligent and won’t stop until an issue is resolved. As she says” I enjoy a puzzle” she is helping solve mine!

She took time to listen to me. Changes were made to my hearing aids and I can pick up conversations once again.

But, what really matters is that she works with you over time to 'dial in' the hearing aids to improve their real world performance for you.
