Stellar experience
I saw Erica for an urgent care visit. I left wishing I could have her as my primary care provider. She was patient, understanding, and I could tell she just wanted me to feel better. She explained my symptoms were most-likely related to a viral infection and gave helpful tips for symptom relief. She also asked me to come back in a few days if things were better. Honestly, I felt better just being reassured that there was nothing more serious going on.

Poor bed side manners
Saw her yesterday and was truly left scratching my head when I was told “it’s just a cold we all get them it’s not a big deal” meanwhile there’s trouble breathing, continuous cough, and ongoing shortness of breath. She really lacks empathy and can’t connect with people on an emotional level.
